Before going to sleep the night before, put some milk in a bowl and add an odd number of dates and leave it in the refrigerator overnight. The dates should soak up the milk by then.
When you wake up for Suhoor, add a healthy breakfast cereal. Preferrably, it should be from wholewheat, wholegrain or it should have some additions of dried fruit in it.
Cut up a banana and add it to this.
Add a spoon of honey to make it sweet.
